Software Platform
A complete AI infrastructure stack, eleven workbenches and growing, and a perpetual license — all for a single one-time investment. Every solution we build for any client becomes part of the library you already own.
How It Works
Every client engagement we complete gets generalized into a self-contained workbench and added to the library. Platform members receive every new workbench as it releases — including solutions originally built for other industries.
A client engagement produces a custom AI solution built for their specific operations, compliance environment, and workflows.
We extract the reusable core, abstract away the client-specific details, and build a setup feature that handles configuration for any organization.
One command installs the workbench into your environment. Run setup, answer a few questions about your organization, and it configures itself.
Your branding. Your environment. No Redstone Logic dependency. The license is perpetual — what you receive is yours to keep and operate indefinitely.
Built On Open Standards
ICM is an open-source agent architecture standard that replaces complex orchestration code with structured folder hierarchies and layered markdown context files. Every workbench in the platform is built to this spec. We use the term “workbench” in place of the spec’s “workflow” — a deliberate choice that grounds the concept for training audiences and avoids confusion with the automation pipelines and tool integrations the word already describes elsewhere.

| Tool | Est. Build Cost | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Redstone Launchpad | $35–50K | Go CLI that deploys your full AI stack in ~4 hours — installs OpenCode, Qdrant, llama.cpp, MCP Gateway, and more from a single command with template-based package management — optional components like n8n can be included or excluded per deployment |
| Redstone Studio | $70–90K | Local GUI for managing OpenCode configurations — toggle MCP servers, edit skills, manage plugins, handle auth without touching JSON. Available on npm. |
| Redstone Workbench Manager (rbm) | $25–40K | Rust CLI for installing, syncing, and publishing ICM workbenches — package management, team sync, fork/rename, version pinning, and shell completion |
| DocuFlow | $30–45K | AI document parser with job queue and processing containers — 6-stage ICM workflow, React web UI, Docker-based, multi-LLM support. Use as a reference implementation or production building block. |
| Ignition | $10–20K | USB-based secure deployment for Launchpad — build a bootable USB that deploys your AI infrastructure on air-gapped or new hardware with keys that never leave the device |
| net-tools-mcp | $5–10K | Docker-deployed MCP server for network diagnostics — gives AI agents network tooling without requiring host access or manual configuration |
| Workbenches Library (11+, growing) | $110K+ & growing | Self-branded ICM workbenches across brand creation, course building, document processing, business coaching, research synthesis, MCP development, and more — new workbenches added as engagements complete |
Comparable custom development cost across all included tooling:

Each workbench is a complete ICM workflow system with stages, agent context files, setup scripts, and shared reference assets. Install with one rbm command. Configure for your organization. Run under your brand.
Shared business context — voice, audience, philosophy, soul. The base layer every other workbench builds on.
Complete brand identity system through a 10-stage pipeline — from discovery through logo, color system, typography, and assets.
Generate branded presentations, proposals, and one-pagers on demand using your established brand system.
Full lifecycle course creation — design syllabus, apply brand, compile content, scaffold assessments, publish to LXP.
Scaffold a branded LXP — Docker server, assessments, admin UI, and certificate issuance from a single setup command.
Content idea through script writing, animation specification, and production-ready Remotion code.
Ingest documents, extract structured content, transform to schema, and export — the agent-native pipeline for document-heavy workflows.
Turn raw research material into structured insights, executive summaries, and actionable reports.
Complete business coaching system with five sub-workbenches spanning strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and growth.
Build, containerize, and install MCP servers — from specification through Docker deployment and agent integration.
Build new ICM workbenches from discovery through validated scaffold — the meta-workbench for expanding the library.
Platform Pricing
Platform access pricing increases as each cohort closes and the library grows. Founding development partners lock in before the rate reflects the current value of the platform.
Founding development partners pay a fixed one-time price regardless of how large the library grows. Every workbench added after your purchase is included under the same license.
Flex Tokens
Flexible prepaid service tokens for advisory, workflow development, implementation, support, and training. Buy a subscription for consistent access or one-time blocks when you need them. No commitments beyond what you purchase — tokens expire naturally with no penalties.
Best for: periodic access and advisory calls
Best for: consistent implementation support
Best for: dedicated expert resources
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Expiration | Tokens expire 1 year after last paid invoice |
| Auto-renewal | Subscription timer resets with each payment |
| Scope | Advisory, workflow development, implementation, support, training — any engagement type |
| Exit | Ends naturally when tokens expire — no cancellation fees or penalties |
| Rollover | Unused tokens roll over within the expiration window |
Founding Development Partners
Founding development partners are not just early customers — they shape what gets built next. Your engagements, your use cases, and your feedback directly influence which workbenches get added to the library. In return, you get the platform at its lowest price, ever.
Your use cases are first in line for generalization. When we solve a problem for your organization, that solution becomes a workbench the whole platform benefits from.
You work directly with Seth — not an account manager. Development partners get a direct line for questions, implementation support, and platform feedback.
Your $16,350 platform access is locked in permanently. When pricing increases after the founding cohort, your rate does not change.
Your perpetual license covers everything added to the platform going forward — not just what exists today. The library grows; your license grows with it.
3 founding development partner spots are still available at the lowest rate this platform will ever be. After the founding cohort closes, pricing steps up. Schedule a call and we will walk you through what is in the platform and what the development partner relationship looks like.
